You're moving to another country
A new country, somewhere to live, work, belongings, children — a move brings enough of its own. You don't have to move everyone at once. Go, find the right place, settle in. When you're ready to receive your pet, we prepare the documents, collect them and bring them to you.
You've bought a puppy or a kitten abroad
You don't have to fly to another country yourself to collect a new pet from the breeder. We get in touch with the breeder, check that the animal is ready to travel, take care of the documents, collect them and deliver them to you.
All that's left for you is to choose your pet and meet them at home.
You're travelling one way and your pet needs another
An older or large dog, a flat-faced breed, an anxious animal — a plane isn't always the right answer. And sometimes it isn't about the pet at all: you're flying with children, suitcases and connections, and you'd rather not turn your own trip into a logistics operation. You fly your route. Your pet travels theirs, and we arrange it along with every document it needs.

There is no single way of travelling that suits every animal and every route.
We work from the route, the destination country, your pet's size, breed and age, their health, the options actually available and the countries' requirements — and propose what fits.
Road transport
A journey of your own, or a place in a scheduled group run along a set route. It suits travel across Europe, and animals who are better off on the ground for their age, size, breed or temperament.
Travel with an air courier
Your pet travels on a passenger flight accompanied by our courier — in the cabin, or by whatever else the airline allows. This is the answer when flying out for your pet yourself is awkward or impossible.
Air cargo
We arrange carriage as air cargo where the country's rules, the airline, the size of the animal or the route itself call for it. Booking, documents and the organising are on us.
Combined routes
Sometimes the best way is more than one kind of transport. We can join road and air, different airports and countries, when that builds a better journey for a particular animal.

We check what the particular route demands, take care of the documents and keep them in step with the journey.

Door to door, if that's what you need
We can collect your pet at home, at a relative's, at the breeder's or anywhere else agreed in advance.
From there we run the whole route: the car, the airport, the courier, the cargo, the connection or the road leg after landing. At the other end we hand your pet over to you, or to the person you name.

There's no direct flight.

Common questions about transport
How much does transport cost?
It depends on the route, the way of travelling, and the size and number of animals. Once we have the main details we propose a way of doing it and work out the price.
How far in advance should transport be booked?
About one to one and a half months before the trip. That is usually enough to work out the route, prepare the documents and book the carriage. If you have less time than that, write to us anyway — we'll check what is available.
Does a place have to be booked in advance?
Yes. Places on group road routes and slots for air carriage are limited, so the date and the route have to be confirmed ahead of time.
Can transport be arranged at short notice?
Sometimes. It depends on the route, whether your pet is ready to travel, the documents and whether there is a place free. Write to us and we'll check what can be done in your timeframe.
Will I know how the journey is going?
Yes. We stay in touch throughout and send photos and video of your pet. How we keep in contact is agreed before the trip.
Do you use sedatives or tranquillisers?
No. We do not transport animals under sedation and we do not use sedatives during the journey.
Can my pet be given medication during the trip?
Yes, where a vet has prescribed medication that has to be taken regularly. We agree the schedule and what it requires with you before the trip.
Can an animal with a medical condition travel?
It depends on the animal's condition and the kind of transport. Tell us about illnesses, ongoing conditions, medication and anything else about their health before booking. We have to know whether we can take responsibility for your pet and organise the journey safely.
What has to be handed over with my pet?
The food they are used to, enough for the days involved, and a blanket or a small bed. A favourite toy or some treats are welcome. Your pet doesn't need luggage.
What do you need from the owner to arrange transport?
Your pet's details, contacts for the person handing them over and the person meeting them, the collection address and the delivery address. We ask for the rest as we go.
Does my pet need to see a vet before the trip?
Yes. A veterinary check-up before the journey is required. The vet examines your pet and confirms that their condition allows them to travel safely the way you have chosen. If your animal has an illness, is elderly, or has anything else that could affect the trip, we have to know before we take them on.
Do you work under a contract?
Yes. Transport is carried out under a contract.
